NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 13 JANUARY 2021
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 13th January 2021 commencing at 7:30pm. The meeting will once again be conducted by Zoom.
The business to be dealt with is listed in the following Agenda.
There will be a short public forum between 7:30pm and 7:45pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. This month we will be joined by Mr Jon Parsons of Envirocom Group to talk about the proposed Fibre to premises Broadband.

Location: 14 Shepherds Lane, Helpringham
Revised plans showing for provision of two passing places along Shepherds Lane. This correspondence was received after the last meeting and required comment by 14/01/2021
