Helpringham Parish Council meet on twelve occasions each year, this being the second Wednesday of every month at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall. Entry is through the side door.
There is 10 minutes allocated for public speaking time before each Parish Council Meeting.
This gives the public the opportunity to bring up topics for the Council to consider. The Parish is made up of the community of Helpringham. All Parish Councils operate using POWERS and DUTIES. Duties are mandatory functions and procedures a the Council MUST carry out by law. Powers MAY be used by the Council to deliver services and carry out activities. The Council is made up of 7 Councillors who represent the ward.
