NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 21st September 2022

Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 21st September 2022 commencing at 7:30pm. The meeting will be held in the memorial hall.

The business to be dealt with is listed in the following Agenda.

There will be a ten minute public forum prior to the commencement of business from 7:30pm – 7:40pm; Any member of the parish is welcome to speak about village matters.  Any members of the public are welcome to sit in on the meeting, but cannot partake in business after the 10 minute public allocated time.

11.0 HIGHWAY MATTERS

11.1 Notification of Road Closure on certain days between the dates of 26/09/2022 and 16/10/2022 by Chevron TM Ltd for High output track renewal works at Blotoft level crossing.

11.2 Notification of Road Closure on certain days between the dates of 26/09/2022 and 01/11/2022. Restrictions will be implemented as and when required by Lincolnshire County Council for Footway reconstruction on Station Road between Highgate and a point 500m West.

11.3 To discuss the encroachment onto the road on George Street by the building development.

12.0 MATTERS AFFECTING THE VILLAGE/CORRESPONDENCE

12.1 For all Councillors to sign the new code of conduct forms requested by LALC and NKDC and resolved to accept at the meeting of 14th August.

12.2 To discuss the Old Cemetery Fence and wall.

12.3 To discuss the Parish Council Noticeboard

12.4 To discuss Village gates and speed reduction

12.5 To discuss any update on Fibre Broadband.

12.6 To discuss ongoing interest in proposed reservoir in Lincolnshire.
