NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 10 February 2021
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 10th February 2021 commencing at 7:30pm. The meeting will once again be conducted by Zoom.
The business to be dealt with is listed in the following Agenda.
There will be a short public forum between 7:30pm and 7:45pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. This month we will be joined by Mr Jon Parsons of Envirocom Group to talk about the proposed Fibre to premises Broadband.
Any members of the community that wish to take advantage of the public forum should in the first instance contact the Parish Clerk, Julie on 0785440942 or helpringhamparishcouncil@gmail.com before the meeting.

10.1 To discuss urgent highways issues; Burton Road potholes, repairs, road safety and Fix My Street. LCC update to include any response from Councillor Barry Young.

11.1 Discussion regarding the talk by Mr Jon Parsons during the Public Speaking time.
11.2 Road Closure at Blotoft Level Crossing (Old Forty Foot Bank O/S Map Ref TF 168378) between 21:00 on 27/02/2021 to 06:30 on 01/03/21.
