Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 14th July 2021 commencing at 7:30pm. The meeting will be held in the memorial hall.
The business to be dealt with is listed in the following Agenda.
There will be a ten minute public forum prior to the commencement of business from 7:30pm – 7:40pm; Any member of the parish is welcome to speak about village matters. Any members of the public are welcome to sit in on the meeting, but cannot partake in business after the 10 minute public allocated time.

12.3 Correspondence received from NKDC regarding consultation on a review of Sexual entertainment venues (SEV) any comments relating must be received by 23rd August 2021. The consultation paper can be viewed and comments made directly at licensing@n-kesteven.gov.uk
12.4 Correspondence has been received from the Assistant Chief Constable giving an update on policing in the community.
