NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 10 March 2021
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 10th March 2021 commencing at 7:30pm. The meeting will once again be conducted by Zoom.

10.1 To discuss urgent highways issues; Burton Road potholes, repairs, road safety and Fix My Street. Update to include latest from LCC and Dr Caroline Johnson MP.
11.0 MATTERS AFFECTING THE VILLAGE/CORRESPONDENCE.
11.1 Road Closure at Blotoft Level Crossing (Old Forty Foot Bank O/S Map Ref TF 168378) between 22:00 on 29/03/2021 to 06:30 on 30/03/21 and 22:00 on 30/03/2021 to 06:30 on 31/03/2021.
11.2 To discuss re-imbursement to Councillors Mark Robinson and Robert Spencer for costs incurred due to grass cutting 2020.
11.3 Church Clock.

11.5 To discuss the possibility of an e-newsletter and ways in which to communicate with those who do not have internet access.
