NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 13th March 2024 

Dear Councillor, 

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 13th March 2024 commencing at 7:30pm. The meeting will be held in the memorial hall. 

The business to be dealt with is listed in the following Agenda. 

There will be a ten minute public forum prior to the commencement of business from 7:30pm – 7:40pm; Any member of the parish is welcome to speak about village matters. Any members of the public are welcome to sit in on the meeting, but cannot partake in business after the 10 minute public allocated time.
