11.0 FINANCE 

11.1 To receive the finance report from Responsible Finance Officer. 

11.2 To review and accept monthly Direct Debit payments for 2024/25: 

11.3 To approve payments presented at the meeting. 

11.4 To accept insurance renewal quote and confirm the Insurance will be renewed as of 1st June 2024. 

11.5 CIL receipts for year 2023/24. 

11.6 Review Asset Register for year to 31th March 2024 and amendments for the current year. 

12.0 CEMETERY AND CONSERVATION AREA 

12.1 To Receive the cemetery report from Cemetery Officer Cllr G Frizzell, to include Cemetery Fees and Rules and Regulations. 

12.2 To receive the conservation area report from Cemetery Office G Frizzell.

13.1 Letter sent to PCC. 

13.2 Smith of Derby credit.

14.1 To receive the report for the Parish Council website.

15.1 To receive the speed camera reports. 

15.2 To discuss other Highways issues including: 

•  FixMyStreet – 9/2/24 Ref: 492776 - Blocked drain near Blotoft Crossing. Update 29/2/24 – Works issued. 
•  FixMyStreet – 13/2/24 Ref: 493535 – Bollards on Station Road. Update 5/4/24 – work 
•  complete. 3/5/24 – Clerk added note that at least 2 bollards are still missing. 
•  FixMyStreet – 26/2/24 Ref: 496100 – Blocked overflow for village pond. Update 12/3/24 
•  work issued. 
•  FixMyStreet – 26/2/24 Ref: 496101 – Pothole on North Drove by Walnut Tree Farm Update 18/3/24 work issued. 
•  FixMyStreet – 15/3/24 Ref: 499185 and 499213. Update 25/4/24 Work complete. 
•  FixMyStreet – 2/4/24 Ref: 2801674 – Potholes from Barnes Farm to South Drove Farm.

15.3 Lincolnshire Moves – to discuss the Lincs County Council survey into their Traffic Management Policy for the county.
