Dear Helpringham Parish Council
I hope you’re well.
I am emailing to provide you with a quick update on the survey works we’re undertaking locally in relation to the proposed Lincolnshire Reservoir.
Please note that we intend to lay a cable across Gorse Lane for two days, starting 16 January. The purpose of this is to allow us to gather some survey information on the site. We will be putting out signage notifying of a ramp ahead, so that road users are aware.
I’m letting you know should you get asked any questions by the local residents.
