NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 17th MAY 2023
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Parish Council Meeting for 2023 to be held in the memorial hall to commence immediately after the closure of the Annual Parish Meeting.

All Councillors must complete a declaration of acceptance of office. (To be provided by the Clerk when officers have been elected)

6.0 SIGNING OF THE MINUTES
To resolve to accept the minutes of the last Annual Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 11th May 2022 as true and correct minutes of the meeting.
7.0 APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS
8.0 FINANCE
8.1 To receive the finance report from Responsible Finance Officer.
8.2 To receive the provisional Internal Auditors report (Page 4).
8.3 To provisionally approve the Annual Governance Statement (Page 5).
8.4 To provisionally approve the Statement of Accounts (Page 6).
8.5 To authorise the Chairman to sign the Certificate of Exemption (Page 3).
8.6 To confirm the Insurance will be renewed as of 1st June 2023.
8.7 To approve payments presented at the meeting.
