To resolve to accept the minutes of the last Annual Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 26th May 2021 as true and correct minutes of the meeting.

8.1 To receive the finance report from Responsible Finance Officer.
8.2 To receive the Internal Auditors report (Page 4).
8.3 To approve the Annual Governance Statement (Page 5).

8.5 To authorise the Chairman to sign the Certificate of Exemption (Page 3).
8.6 To confirm the Insurance has been renewed as of 1st June 2021.
8.7 To approve payments presented at the meeting.
