NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 26th MAY 2021

Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Parish Council Meeting for 2021 to be held in the memorial hall to commence immediately after the closure of the Annual Parish Meeting. Covid -19 guidance from Public Health England will be strictly adhered to.

All Councillors must complete a declaration of acceptance of office.

5.0 COMPLETION OF GDPR COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST BY ALL COUNCILLORS AND CLERK

6.0 SIGNING OF THE MINUTES

To resolve to accept the minutes of the last Annual Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 8th  May 2019 as true and correct minutes of the meeting.

7.0 APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVES

8.1 To receive the finance report from Councillor Julie Frizzell, the Vice Chairman.

8.2 To receive the Internal Auditors report (Page 4).

8.3 To approve the Annual Governance Statement (Page 5).

8.4 To approve the Statement of Accounts (Page 6).

8.5 To authorise the Chairman to sign the Certificate of Exemption (Page 3).

8.6 To confirm the Insurance has been renewed as of 1st June 2021.

8.7 To approve payments presented at the meeting.

9.0    CEMETERY REPORT

            To include Cemetery Fees and Rules and Regulations.

10.0  DECLARATIONS OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND DISPENSATIONS
