1. Welcome and apologies: Cllr Geoff Hotchkin, Chair of Helpringham Parish Council. 

2. To approve the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 15th May 2025. 

3. Chairman’s Report: Cllr Geoff Hotchkin. 

4. Presentations by village organisations and District and County Councillors. 

5. Questions and Comments: members of the public. 

6. Closure of meeting. 

Purpose of the Annual Parish Meeting 

The purpose of the meeting is for the Parish Council to explain what it has been doing over the last year and enables electors to have their say on anything they consider to be of importance to the people of the Parish. 

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors of the Parish. It is NOT a Meeting of the Parish Council. Anyone may attend but only registered electors of Helpringham Parish Council may vote.
