NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 13th August 2025
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 13th August 2025 commencing at 7.30pm. The meeting will be held in the Memorial Hall.
There will be a ten minute public forum prior to the commencement of business from 7.30-7.40pm. During this time members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. The Council may choose not to answer any question; a response may instead be given in writing. Matters raised may be added to an agenda for a future meeting. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the Parish Council meeting after the public session but are not permitted to speak during the meeting.

• Highgate junction – update on Traffic Regulation Order
• Vicarage Lane – update on resurfacing – stretch of road infront of the new builds is scheduled for patching in the 26/27 programme followed by surface dressing.
• Temporary Traffic Restriction – 26/8-5/9/25 part of South Drove for fibre maintenance.

To prepare for presentation from Anglian Water on 3rd September 2025 re update on the proposed reservoir.

• Helpringham Feast – request to host the Helpringham Feast on the village green on 9th August 2025.
