NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR THURSDAY 12th MARCH 2026 

Dear Councillor, 

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on 12th March 2026 commencing at 7pm. The meeting will be held in the Memorial Hall. 

There will be a ten minute public forum prior to the commencement of business from 7.00-7.10pm. During this time members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. The Council may choose not to answer any question; a response may instead be given in writing. Matters raised may be added to an agenda for a future meeting. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the Parish Council meeting after the public session but are not permitted to speak during the meeting.

• 26/0217/TCA – Notice of intended works on trees in a conservation area – 4 George Street, Helpringham 
• 25/1219/FUL and 25/1220/LBC – Thorpe Latimer - decision notice 
• 26/0238/HOUS and 26/0239/LBC The Mill, 38 High Gate, Helpringham – extensions and alterations to include erection of oak framed porch to side elevation, new window openings and roof lights.

To discuss Highway matters including: 

• Update on request for extension of the 30mph on Station Road to the railway bridge.

To discuss correspondence received and other matters affecting the village including:

• Reservoir – to discuss proposed items to be raised at the next Liaison Committee meeting.

• Lincolnshire Local Government Restructuring – to discuss a response to NKDC re the impact of the restructuring on the community and Parish Council.
