NOTICE MEETING AND AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY 10th JUNE 2026 

Dear Councillor, 

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Helpringham Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 10th June 2026 commencing at 7.30pm. The meeting will be held in the Memorial Hall. 

There will be a ten minute public forum prior to the commencement of business from 7.30-7.40pm. During this time members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. The Council may choose not to answer any question; a response may instead be given in writing. Matters raised may be added to an agenda for a future meeting. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the Parish Council meeting after the public session but are not permitted to speak during the meeting.

48/27 LONGSTANDING SERVICE 

To consider recognising the longstanding service of Councillor Geoff Hotchkin and to agree the form of recognition. 

Honours and awards to be considered – Granting the title of Honorary Freeman of the Parish of Helpringham to Councillor Geoff Hotchkin under Section 249(5) of the Local Government Act 1972.

To resolve to move into closed session to consider confidential matters in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. In accordance with regulations any public and press are required to leave the meeting at this stage - To discuss staff contract revision and pay awards.
