WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING?
Sleaford Rural South NPT has received a number of complaints from residents in relation to ASB and drunken behaviour in a small residential area of Heckington. This behaviour has led to an arrest and the person involved awaiting a court hearing. The behaviour from the person was escalating over a period of time and effecting neighbours and other residents as well as local shops. North Kesteven District Council Anti- Social Behaviour team were also involved with the incidents and a Community Protection Notice was served on the person involved.
The Rural South NPT has been carrying out roadside speed checks in hotspot location in the area. These include, Heckington Sleaford Road, Osbournby A15, South Kyme Main Street, Great Hale Little Hale Road, and Cranwell, College Road. The team will continue to carry out speed checks in the rural villages. If you are concerned about vehicles speeding in your village please email the team on the email provided with the street name and we will endeavour to attend that area.
